How to Use
Directions
Adults: Take 1 softgel daily. Take a few hours before or after taking supplements containing iron, zinc, calcium or copper. Store between 15°C and 25°C, away from children.

Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or if you have hypersensitivity or allergic reaction to herbs in the Lamiaceae family, such as: basil, hyssop, lavender, perilla, mint, rosemary, sage and thyme. Discontinue use if you experience gastrointestinal upset.
