How to Use
Directions
Adults: Take 1 capsule daily with a meal. Take at least 2-3 hours before or after antibiotics.
Warning
Do not use this product if you have an immunocompromised condition (e.g. AIDS, lymphoma, patients undergoing long-term corticosteroid treatment). Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have nausea, fever, vomiting, diarrhea, severe abdominal pain, or if you are experiencing a sudden change in bowel habits that has persisted for more than 2 weeks, undiagnosed rectal bleeding or have failed to defecate following the use of laxative product. Stop use and consult a health care practitioner if symptoms of digestive upset (e.g. diarrhea) occur, worsen and/or persist beyond 3 days, or if laxative effect does not occur within 7 days. Stop use if hypersensitivity/allergy occurs.

"I see high potential in this product. Need to use longer to give a proper review but can say the capsule is too big for me and I find the capsule itself gives me heartburn and I do take with lots of water and I have tried on both empty and full stomach and it still feels like the capsule is stuck in my esophogus and I get heartburn after. I started opening the capsule and putting contents in water so hopefully it will work and I will start feeling better!"
