Vitamin B12 | Methylcobalamin | Strips
Adults: Dissolve 1 strip on the tongue daily. Store film strips in a dry clean environment between 15ºC and 25ºC, away from children. Keep cassette in its original hermetically sealed pouch until ready for use.

Vitamin D3 | Gummies
Adults: Chew 1 gummy daily. Store between 15ºC and 25ºC, away from children.

Melatonin | Sleep Spray
Adults: Shake well before use. Spray directly into mouth 1-10 times daily at or before bedtime. Do not drive or use machinery for 5 hours after taking melatonin. For use beyond 1 month, consult a health care practitioner.

Consumption with alcohol, other medications or natural health products with sedative properties is not recommended.Do not use if you are pregnant or breast-feeding.
